Spirit and his mum Ebony were saved from the sale yards in October 2014.
Spirit was approx 14 month old colt still drinking from mum and extremely attached to her. They were at risk of being tragically separated at the sale yards.
Mum Ebony - an emaciated black Standie - was a very protective mum to her stunning coloured colt Spirit - a paint Arab x STB.

Cindy saved them together and weaned them very slowly over the following weeks.
It wasn't an easy task as they had an incredibly strong bond.
Spirit is an amazing young man! Not only stunning to look at but a one of a kind horse.
We had him gelded and was handled extensively to prepare him for his forever home which he found in 2015.
